one/two c. chow mein noodles

Dressing:

1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
three/four tsp. salt
one tsp. dry mustard
one tsp. horseradish
one/four c. spanish onion, diced
one c. canola oil

Cook chicken fillets as directed.
To make dressing, combine all but the oil in a blender of food processor and technique until liquified.

About 35 wings pieces

12 ounces Louisiana Very hot Sauce
six tablespoons margarine
three tablespoons white vinegar
one tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
one 1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
one/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
