Le Chevrot and Tomato Soba

Components:

* six to eight cloves garlic, peeled and left entire

* sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

* 3 tablespoons olive oil, plus 1/3 cup

* 1 teaspoon finely shredded new basil leaves or Italian parsley

* 1 good sized ripe tomato, coarsely chopped

* five oz le chevrot, lower into skinny slices

* one lbs soba noodles

Guidelines:
